I guess you can call us LIFERS. It has been 40 years plus of being treated first class by real friends 24/7. Our most stressful time was the hailstorm about 15 years ago. The jagged tennis ball size hail destroyed our tile roof. We have a new permanent tile roof fully installed due to the replacement value policy our agent recommended. We have all of our autos insured with the bundle. Thank you for the decades of restful nights regardless of the weather.
You did absolutely everything perfectly! Everything was explained using terminology that was easy to understand, we were given different options of the types of recommended coverages available and what would best suit our needs and, unfortunately, needed to file two claims and both times they were immediately taken care of without incident.
Our agent, Bob Sullivan is always helpful and prompt to respond. We followed him from State Farm and have not been disappointed with Smith Davis.
Beth goes above & beyond. She always answers my questions, even if it means she has to look it up or call me back. If she says she’s going to do something, she does. That in itself is a rare quality. We have been doing business with Smith-Davis for a very long time and we have not had a single complaint! Kim Arfman handles all of our business insurance policies and she has gone to bat for us several times when dealing with brokers/companies regarding claims. We have been customers since the late 80’s. Over the years we have had many other companies approach and or bid out our commercial and personal policies. Smith Davis has always been competitive but more importantly they take the time to learn what you need, the best approach to take and always making sure you are protected. I personally started with Dick Davis then Jay Malone. The personal service and A-rated companies they have us with, we could not be happier.
To date it hasn’t been necessary for me to make an insurance claim (knock on wood). However, my agent did find me a better policy when the company I was insured with raised my rates when I hadn’t filed a claim. I’ve been a client with Smith Davis over the years, and have no complaints.
As always, you guys were very helpful in resolving some issues we had with a storm damage claim. It’s good to have someone you can trust.
